Workouts with Rory: Bodyweight leg workout

Following on from last weeks push and pull workouts, model, personal trainer and online coach Rory McCall has now developed a bodyweight leg workout that you can do at home - no equipment needed.
All of the below 5 exercise should be completed back to back for a total 4/5 rounds. Rest for 1 minute after each round before repeating.
Assisted pistol squats (10 each leg)
Split squats (15 each leg)
Cossack Squats (15 each leg)
Single Leg Hip Thrusts (15 each leg)
