Juvia by Paul & Shark
Paul & Shark has unveiled it’s "Juvia by Paul & Shark" project on Formentera Island this summer. This initiative marks a continuation of their custom summer projects started in 2023, this time in collaboration with Juvia, a chic restaurant in Es Pujols, known for its scenic views of the island's crystal-clear waters.
Juvia captures the essence of Formentera with its blend of sunlight, sea air, and the sounds of nature. The restaurant aims to provide a tranquil escape, where time seems to stand still.
In line with its commitment to environmental conservation, Paul & Shark will collaborate with Vellmarì, a local organization dedicated to marine ecosystem research and protection. This partnership will support the planting of 700 posidonia plants, crucial for the island's marine environment.
The restaurant's design, featuring light-colored wood furniture and blue accents, reflects Paul & Shark's upcycling ethos, with many components made from recovered materials. The outdoor area offers a minimalist-chic setting, perfect for enjoying Mediterranean cuisine—a fusion of Italian and Spanish flavors—and signature cocktails, especially during sunset.
