Wretch 32 Debuts “Feels” with COLORS Performance
Wretch 32 is back, and he’s making it count. The North London rapper has premiered his latest track, “Feels,” in an exclusive COLORS performance, showcasing his signature blend of intricate wordplay and hard-hitting lyricism. The track takes a deep dive into London life, love, and loss, offering a stark yet poetic perspective that only Wretch can deliver.
This release follows an impactful 2024 for Wretch. October saw the drop of “Black and British,” a powerful collaboration with Little Simz and Benjamin A.D., landing just in time for Black History Month. The track, both deeply personal and widely resonant, featured a sample of his grandmother, Beverley Scott, taken from the 1988 documentary Scenes From The Farm—a nod to heritage and history.
Wretch has been selective with his output, making each moment count. His 2024 highlights include a ‘Daily Duppy’ freestyle, the moving “My Windrush Lines” released on Windrush Day, and the long-term project Moments of Silence, now available on streaming platforms. His freestyle for the Premier League’s ‘No Room For Racism’ campaign further cemented his voice in cultural conversations beyond music.
Fashion hasn’t been far from his orbit either. Recently, Wretch presented the New Establishment Menswear Award at the British Fashion Awards alongside Tems, celebrating Ahluwalia’s win, and landed a cover for Arena Homme +, dressed in Pharrell’s latest Louis Vuitton collection.
From chart success to critical acclaim, from music to literature, and now in his role as Creative Director at 0207 Def Jam, Wretch 32 continues to shape and define Black British artistry. With “Feels,” he reminds us why his voice still matters.
