Workouts with Rory: Upper Body

With gyms remaining closed for the foreseeable future, working out at home has become the new norm. The Rakish Gent has teamed up with model, personal trainer and online coach Rory McCall which you can do at home. All you need is a set of dumbbells and a skipping rope.
Complete each triset within 2.5 minutes and rest the remaining time. Keep doing this for 4 rounds so for 10 minutes. Adjust reps if necessary. You should get 30-60 seconds rest each rounds.
