Workouts with Rory: Legs workout

As part of our ongoing efforts to keep you fit during lockdown, we’ve teamed up with model, personal trainer and online coach Rory McCall who has developed this at home legs workout.
Aim to complete within 30 minutes with each of the below exercises every minute on the minute. This should be do-able over 5 rounds, with rest in the sixth minute before moving onto the next round. Adjust the reps as necessary so you are working for around 40-45 seconds on each exercise.
Minute 1 - 15 Front Squats
Minute 2 - 12 Single Leg Deadlift (left leg)
Minute 3 - 12 Single Leg Deadlift (right leg)
Minute 4 - 20 Reverse Lunges
