Workouts with Rory: Cardio and abs circuit

Post Easter and bank holidays as well as the constant staying home might mean that you have forgotten what your abs look like. In an effort to help bring them back, model, personal trainer and online coach Rory McCall has developed the below cardio and abs circuit that you can do at home - no equipment needed.
All of the below 6 exercise should be completed back to back for a total 5 rounds. Rest for 1 minute after each round before repeating. Try to do 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest on each exercise.

Mountain Climbers
