Workouts with Rory: Abs and cardio workout

Following on from the success of his last cardio & abs circuit, model, personal trainer and online coach Rory McCall has developed the below abs and cardio workout that you can do at home - no equipment needed.
All of the below 6 exercise should be completed back to back for a total 5 rounds. Rest for 1 minute after each round before repeating. Try to do 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest on each exercise.

Leg Raises
10 High Knees + 1 Burpee
Bicycle Crunches
Cross Climbers
