It may be dreary outside, but its a veritable rainbow inside Uniqlo stories as French designer Christophe Lemaire’s Uniqlo U collection has just dropped.

Faithful to the label’s minimalist aesthetic and incredibly low prices, the collection features bold shapes and even bolder shades. Colours are bright and varied - jewel tones of green, red and orange dominate with earthy shades like navy, khaki and brown also making an appearance. The pieces within are all of the menswear staples that you need in your spring wardrobe - long and short sleeved open collar shirts, comfy lounge style trousers, heavyweight sweatshirts in a variety of cuts and colours that perfectly edge that line between smart and casual.

In keeping with Uniqlo’s commitment to technology, a down jacket has a built in key ring that allows it to hung from luggage and the aforementioned open collar shirts are created from the feels-like-silk lightweight cotton modal fabric.
