Turnbull & Asser Madras collection

It makes perfect sense that men want light, bright shirts in the summer. Maybe even more so, if those same men have been wearing sweatshirts and grubby T-shirts for the last three months.

For Turnbull & Asser’s new Madras collection, Creative Director Becky French was inspired a cycling gentleman in a bright, billowing, generously checked shirt. With that man as a starting point, the collection evolved into shirts of lightweight linen with bursts of colour like burnt orange and emerald green. 

The new offering builds on the already beloved Weekend fit shirt with its bold checks and block colours, as well as with collarless alternatives. The capsule also includes a new Turnbull silhouette; the Holiday shirt with a relaxed revere collar and a shorter cut. It feels right for right now.
