LEICA launch M11-D
Leica has introduced the M11-D, the latest addition to its iconic M-System, combining an analogue photography feel with modern digital functionality. In a notable design choice, the M11-D replaces the rear LCD screen with a large ISO dial, allowing photographers to focus on core elements such as composition and exposure settings.
Featuring a 60MP sensor with Triple Resolution Technology, the M11-D offers flexible image capture options at 60, 36, or 18 MP. Its 3GB buffer allows continuous shooting at up to 5 frames per second. With ISO capabilities ranging from 64 to 50,000, and a built-in 256GB memory, the camera ensures high-quality results even in challenging lighting.
Weighing 540 grams, the M11-D is lighter than its predecessor, offering comfort for long sessions. Seamless connectivity is provided through Bluetooth or cable, and compatibility with iOS and Android devices via the Leica FOTOS app. This app enables photo transfer, camera control, and custom settings.
Notably, the M11-D incorporates Leica Content Credentials technology, ensuring the authenticity of digital images. Compatible with all M-Series lenses, this camera maintains Leica’s heritage while embracing modern advancements.
Retailing at £8,100, the M11-D is available now alongside matching leather accessories, including a black protector and carrying strap.
