As Paris Fashion Week Men’s drew to a conclusion, designer Simon Porte Jacquemus transported the fashion pack to his home town of Marseille to present his debut menswear collection.

The highly anticipated collection was the epitome of elegance and effortless nonchalance. Wool-rich, the fabrics were surprisingly lightweight having been spun at some of the world’s leading mills. Comprising of 27 pieces, the Le Gadjo collection features T-shirts, sweaters, pants and shorts, all in keeping with the aesthetic of a gypsy like man that is something of a nomad.

Whilst wool might traditionally be a winter fabric, the designer’s collaboration with The Woolmark Company meant that there was considered investment in new fabrics and innovative techniques, all of which mean that you will be able to wear wool and still look cool, next summer.
