Gesaffelstein unleashes new album GAMMA

French techno producer Gesaffelstein releases his brand-new third studio album GAMMA. Though GAMMA retains Gesaffelstein’s raw, industrial sound, it finds him finally giving the mask a voice through the talented artist and vocalist Yan Wagner. The album is available on Standard vinyl at all physical retailers as well as on an exclusive D2C Luxury 180g vinyl.

 With GAMMA comes a new era for Gesaffelstein. At less than an hour runtime, the album is a dense and radical artistic proposition. Nostalgia is still a very central theme, but on a very different level. With GAMMA, Gesaffelstein and his machines bring past familiar sounds while propelling the listener into the future. The visuals and imagery for the album have been spearheaded by Jordan Hemingway (FKA Twigs, Post Malone, Gucci, Acne Studios) in close collaboration with Mike Levy. 

With over 1 Billion combined streams worldwide, Gesaffelstein has collaborated with artists such as YE, The Weeknd, Pharrell, KayCyy, and most recently Lil Nas X’s “J CHRIST”. In 2015, Gesaffelstein composed the soundtrack to Alice Winocour’s “Maryland”, which was nominated at Cannes Film Festival. His music has also been featured on commercials for some of the biggest and most-renowned brands in the world including Calvin Klein, YSL, BMW, Giorgio Armani, Dior.
