If you have been lustfully looking at the dress that your better half has been wearing, and wondering why you can’t find anything for yourself quite so lush and romantic, your long wait is over as London designer ERDEM has just launched its first ever menswear collection. 

Full of all of the romanticism and luxury details that the women’s collections have become so well known for, just as in the lookbook, they are exactly what we want to be wearing whilst strolling on the beach on an overcast day. Inspired by the wardrobe of legendary director Derek Jarman, as well as paintings by Patrick Prockter they are perfectly tailored and sophisticated, elevated by small details like the camel trench coat with a floral pattern and a cummerbund belt. 

Knitwear is a real highlight, and the jumpers, vests and cardigans are created from cashmere and mohair, offered in retro stripes or bold single tones.
