Church’s Introduces the Chetwynd Contour at Milan Fashion Week
This season, Church’s is putting a fresh spin on an old favorite. The Autumn/Winter 2025 collection marks the debut of the Chetwynd Contour, a modern update to the brand’s iconic wingtip style.
Crafted on Church’s signature 173 last, the new shoe blends the label’s artisanal roots with cutting-edge technology. The defining feature? High-frequency engraving—a process guided by expert craftspeople—that reimagines the classic brogue detailing. The technique creates intricate embossed patterns on thicker leather uppers, offering a bold, contemporary take on a traditional aesthetic.
Available in brushed leather shades of black, navy blue, and wood green, the Chetwynd Contour hits stores and Church’s online platform in April 2025.
The launch of the collection was celebrated during Milan Fashion Week in the Biblioteca Braidense, a historic library that perfectly echoed the brand’s mix of tradition and innovation. Church’s showcased its latest line of men’s footwear against the backdrop of the library’s Reading Room, where a select audience of friends and talents gathered.
Among those in attendance were brand ambassador Harry Lawtey, actors James Norton and William Abadie, actress Lucrezia Guidone, and conductor Lorenzo Viotti. Guests were treated to a first look at the new collection, which continues Church’s legacy of timeless style and meticulous craftsmanship.
