Barbour Launches All New Men’s Footwear with Loake
British heritage brands Barbour and Loake have joined forces to launch an exclusive men’s footwear collection, available from October 21st. This collaboration brings together two family-owned companies known for their craftsmanship and enduring quality. With a combined legacy of 274 years, Barbour and Loake continue to evolve, creating footwear that merges traditional techniques with contemporary design.
The new range is crafted at Loake’s renowned Wood Street factory in Northamptonshire and features three key styles: the Fernsby Derby shoe, the Loughty Chukka boot, and the Carmichael Penny loafer (exclusive to Italy). Each design incorporates Barbour’s signature tartan detailing and is built using Loake’s famous Goodyear welt construction, ensuring durability and comfort.
Barbour, established in 1894, began as a provider of protective outerwear for sailors and fishermen. Now a global lifestyle brand, it remains rooted in its commitment to quality. Loake, founded in 1880, is equally dedicated to craftsmanship, using over 200 traditional shoe-making techniques to create footwear that lasts.
The collection will be available for purchase online at Barbour and Loake.
